Join Baxter Healthcare Corporation as a Filling In-Process Checker for our weekend shift. Work on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 - 19:00. Competitive starting wage is $27.10/hour plus shift premiums. Safety and quality are our top priorities.

As a Filling In-Process Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless production operations. Your responsibilities will include performing and detailing all required Viaflex Filling in-process checks, conducting necessary tests, and reporting results to production. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports detailing production data for all filling lines and maintain meticulous records of absenteeism, time, and vacation for the department.

Job requirements

Requisition and gather accurate hot stamps for printing machines at code changesRequest and prepare shop packet for B and C Filling LinesInput material usage for batches into the system for B and C fill linesPerform required quality checks as per the SOP for B and C fill lines including multi-upPost accurate data (code, lot expiration date) on batch boards (except printers) at the start of each batchPost accurate loading patterns at the start of each batch for B and C fill linesComplete all necessary paperwork and maintain records of absenteeism, hours, and vacation for the departmentSchedule batch changesComplete required tasks on the following computer systems: BMTS, EBR & Kronos/AS400 for B and C fill linesPerform line clearance as assignedPerform start-up preparation as assigned for B and C fill linesAcquire pyrogen, in-process, and P.M. samples as required and complete documentation for B and C fill linesAcquire Cascade and Breakdown samples as needed and complete accurate documentation for B and C fill linesPerform and document all required quality checks for B and C fill linesPerform and document required system checks for B and C fill lines

Education/Experience

Education Level

Required:

Successful completion of a High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred:

Post-secondary Degree in Engineering or Science
