This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting edge treatments and make a difference!** **Location:** Athens, GA **Shift:** Nights, 2-2-3 **Pay:** $20/hour **Responsibilities:** + Perform vaccine filling and support production activities as assigned. + Operate department equipment properly, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. + Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning. + Keep the work environment clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations. + Complete all associated documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. + Perform basic inventory transactions to ensure adequate supplies are available. + Monitor and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in performance. + Communicate process needs, challenges, and progress effectively to colleagues and supervisors. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related manufacturing or production environment preferred.
