Job Title: Filling Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Filling Technician to operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines within a sterile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in aseptic environments and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Blow Fill Seal machines under the supervision of more experienced operators and team leads.Set up and tear down machines as per the production schedule.Perform basic machine adjustments and assist in troubleshooting simple equipment issues.Monitor production output for quality and consistency, ensuring product integrity.Conduct visual and physical inspections of products to meet quality standards.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and tools.Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.Record and maintain accurate production data (e.g., batch records, logs).Communicate any quality or equipment issues to the Level 2 operator or supervisor.Participate in training and development activities to progress to the next operator level.Essential SkillsExperience with filling machines and aseptic environments.Previous injection mold experience.Experience in sterile work environments.Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in a sterile filling manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or food industries.Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced operators.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role operates within a sterile, cleanroom environment. The facility runs three shifts, offering air conditioning for a comfortable work environment. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift (6 am - 2:30 pm), 2nd shift (2 pm - 10:30 pm), and 3rd shift (10 pm - 6:30 am).

This is a Permanent position based out of Tamarac, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $90000.00
