Fin Pricing Sr. Supervisor
Overview As a member of the Pricing Team, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and flexibility. You will serve as a strategic business partner for execution and insight over Price Administration processes. You will be the focal point of communication and relationship building with external PepsiCo bottling facilities and internal Financial Operations business partners. You will be leading and supporting internal projects integrating process, technology, and analysis to drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) wins. To drive success, you will be leading a group of professional-level individuals who lead and/or support a team in a metric driven environment and are committed to delivering best in class customer service through building business partnerships, improving productivity by streamlining business processes to increase efficiencies, and minimizing exceptions via trend analysis and strategic planning. Responsibilities As a Pricing Supervisor, you will: Strategic Management: Leverage technology and process to re-conceptualize the way we do business to meet team, organization, and productivity targets Analyze business and operating procedures to identify financial risk areas, drive efficiencies, and increase revenue Support and/or lead key AOP projects that drive internal and external process change through process enhancements (e.g., reduced exceptions, streamlining), leveraging of technology and completion of analysis Develop strategic business plans that support the acquisition and integration of additional business in the Financial Operations department Project/Process Management: Develop and conduct training for internal Pricing team and Field/HQ business partners Drive compliance with policy and procedures through complete and thorough planning, coordination, and communication with business units Partner with CSC Business Partners and PepsiCo HQ and bottling facilities to implement and rollout new processes and system updates Provide tools and analyze trends to improve compliance and reduce exceptions Facilitate communication practice for changing operational processes Network with HQ Finance, Sales, and CSC Management to identify areas for improvement, and lead the initiative to implement change Coaching and Leading: Build individual performer capability through training, support, and professional development Motivate and sustain high energy levels in an organization with high performance standards Develop the business leaders of the future by identifying potential and coaching for success Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,500 - $121,300. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
