As a Final Documents Specialist, you’ll be responsible for auditing, processing, and shipping trailing documents post-closing. You’ll communicate with internal and external business partners and ensure documents are delivered to custodians and buyers timely to meet our investor delivery requirements. You’ll assist with the movement and reconciliation of physical documents and serve as a mentor to new team members.

Audit imaged and physical trailing documents for accuracyPrint applicable documents and ship physical documents to the correct business partners in a timely mannerDocument shipping manifests and tracking information and save according to team standardsEffectively communicate with business partners when shipments are sent outReview specialized documents and process them accordinglyUnderstand compliance requirements based on investor to guide pipeline prioritizationFacilitate the movement of physical document pickups and deliveries and reconcile delivery and processing counts for accuracy Order supplies as needed and coordinate with the appropriate teams on shipments to and from our offsite locationAssist with team inboxes ensuring timely responses and processing of documentsAssist with the tracking, distribution, and processing of incoming mail for the team while communicating any roadblocks as neededMentor new team members to provide best practices and efficiency strategiesIdentify patterns and trends within the pipelines and provide feedback to leadership on issues and opportunities for improvementAssist when other teams need to observe and learn our processesAbout You
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentStrong level of attention to detailStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify opportunities in team processesMentor to peersAbility to lift and carry 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications
