How You'll Work
Location: Remote
Travel: 25-50%
Reports To: VP – Installs or Home Delivery
Compensation
Compensation: $112,000 - 130,000 per year. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.
Bonuses/Commission: Eligible for performance-based commission.

About the Role
CRST's Home Solutions strives to be the masters of the "final mile," delivering nearly 3 million home deliveries and complex installations across the United States. Leveraging managed warehouses, cross-dock capabilities and advanced data systems - along with tireless dedication to customer service and satisfaction - we work to ensure every process and delivery is safe, seamless and reliable. The Final Mile Sales Director drives strategic growth for CRST's Home Solutions business by securing major retail partnerships and launching scalable final mile delivery programs. This role combines a sales mindset with a strong operation understanding to deliver customer-focused solutions in high-touch, large-format delivery environments.
What You’ll Do
Win major retail accounts that generate $10M+ in new revenue within the first year Engage national retailers with complex final mile needs in furniture, appliances and home goods Build programs that scale, partnering closely with operations to ensure execution and service Act as a trusted advisor, solving pain points and shaping solutions that align with customer goals Support launches and represent the voice of the customer during handoffs to operations Work across departments to ensure service, quality and customer experience remain top priorities Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needsWhat Great Looks Like
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years in retail logistics, final mile or transportation services with proven results landing large accounts Established connection with national or regional retailers in home delivery sectors Strong understanding of logistics execution and the ability to speak the language of operations with customers Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations is highly preferred Ability to sell complex, service-driven solutions based on customer goals and operational alignmentPreferred Qualifications
