**Hiring 6 Final Quality Inspectors in Milpitas, paying up to $25/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Final Quality Inspectors for the day and swing shift. This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in quality assurance and quality control, specifically in the field of printed circuit boards (PCB). **Responsibilities** + Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections. + Read and interpret Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and visual aids. + Use microscopes for detailed inspections. + Check and verify conformal coating applications. + Understand and interpret drawing symbols. + Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610E and IPC-A-620 standards. + Handle and lift up to 50 lbs when needed. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of experience in FQA or FQC. + Basic computer skills. + Training in IPC-A-610E and IPC-A-620. + Experience with PCB, blueprint, circuit board, and quality control inspections. + Knowledge of IPC-610 standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with cabling, surface mount, PCB assembly, and inspection. + Ability to work overtime when necessary. + Flexibility and punctuality. + Strong teamwork skills. **Why Work Here?** Our company values integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
