Final Quality Inspector
**Job Title: Final Quality Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Final Quality Inspector on both swing and day shifts. This position involves ensuring that products meet quality assurance standards through detailed inspections and adherence to engineering guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspection of products to ensure they meet quality assurance standards + Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, MPI, and deviations + Use drawings to inspect SMT components and PTH parts under a microscope per MPI and IPC-610 standards + Check polarity for thru-hole parts installation + Identify and document any defects according to quality documents + Inspect solder joints and workmanship + Communicate problems and quality issues to coworkers and supervisors **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a FQA Inspector in an electronics manufacturing environment + Experience with PCB, blueprint reading, and circuit board quality control + Knowledge of IPC-610 standards and surface mount technology + Proficiency in PCB assembly and inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cabling + Strong teamwork and communication skills **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term growth opportunities and a supportive work environment where you can develop your skills and advance your career. **Work Environment** You will be working in a data-integrity focused environment that values flexibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
