Student Assistant Opportunities in Finance, Procurement, Strategy, and Law 

Join our dynamic team as a Student Assistant and contribute to various departments within our business. These roles are centered around supporting corporate functions and are primarily located at our headquarters just outside of Copenhagen. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the globe, including regional offices and production sites. As part of a diverse team, you'll work alongside professionals such as accountants, legal advisors, GMP experts, and IT consultants. 

The Finance, Procurement, Strategy, and Law Talent Pipeline offers Student Assistant positions in the following areas: 

Business strategy development and execution 

Supply Chain Management 

Business intelligence 

Data Analytics 

Global legal affairs support and advising 

Legal governance and compliance 

Market research and customer insights 

Brand strategy development 

Project management 

 

Student Assistant Position Details 

A Student Assistant role at Novo Nordisk is between 8-20 hours per week, with most positions requiring 10-15 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.  

 

Important Information  

Relocation: Novo Nordisk does not cover relocation costs.  

Work Permit:  

EU Students: A work permit is not required. However, you will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process.  

Non-EU Students: A work permit is required. You will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process. Our mobility team will support you further with issuing a work permit. The cost of the work permit is covered by Novo Nordisk.  

Pipeline Scope: This pipeline is relevant for all open positions related to the fields and areas mentioned, in Denmark and onsite for 2025.  

Student Status: You need to be an active student to apply. You can apply to more than one pipeline. 

 

Qualifications 

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or other relevant fields, education, with at least 12 months remaining in your studies:   

Finance (Accounting & Investment) 

Law 

Procurement, Strategy, Supply Chain 

Business Administration 

Management 

International Economics 

Global Business Engineering 

Economics 

We are seeking Student Assistants who are eager to learn, able to manage their time effectively and have some experience in their field. The ability to work with various stakeholders is a plus.  

Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV must be submitted in English. 

 

Benefits of Joining the Novo Nordisk Talent Pipeline   

Most of our Student Assistant positions are filled through our Talent Pipelines. By joining, you'll be considered for numerous positions that aren't publicly advertised. If your profile matches a position, we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
