Finance: Chain Resolution Coordinator
Overview Chain Resolution Coordinator The Chain Resolution Coordinator is the primary liaison for our delivery locations. Their role is to reduce aging and drive cash flow through accurate and timely root cause resolution of customer exceptions on high volume accounts (>50K lines) by identifying and resolving netting, pricing, and quantity discrepancy trends using MS Excel and SAP S4Hana. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for delivery partner locations, communicating through S4Hana tool using defined list of comments and actions Possess analytical skills to resolve large volume of reason descriptions, across a wide variety of disputes/inquiries (listed below) using intermediate MS Excel and pre-built reports from SAP Gain strong understanding of workflows to and business process to effectively manage work Independently pull and prioritize daily case work from pre-defined tools and reports Manage large volume of case work, across a wide variety of dispute issues, with some support Research using S4 Hana, customer remit, and internal/external documents to resolve disputes including (but not limited to): Pricing, Missing Payments, Missing Invoices, Missing DSD, Unauthorized Product, quantity discrepancies, and misapplied payments Partner with internal teams to achieve root cause resolution of customer exceptions to drive reduction in overall case volume Maintain complete and accurate documentation within SAP and external trackers (for example, in Excel) Meet set Service Level Agreements, Productivity, and Quality Goals Recognize and raise visibility to reoccurring discrepancies and billing issues. Individual Development Plan: Drive career growth & knowledge Come Prepared to discuss ideas and provide process improvements to coaching sessions Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
