The main purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Manager with the annual statutory accounts preparation and
assist with annual statutory audit of multiple reporting entities.
What you'll do:Preparation of annual statutory accounts for multiple entities under UK GAAP, including posting
statutory adjustments and creation of workings file to backup accounts disclosures. Use of OneSource
statutory accounting software to create and format accounts
Key contact for statutory auditors (PwC), assisting in providing deliverablesAssist in preparation of internal overhead recharges, review of various balance sheet reconciliations
prepared by WNS, review month end Intercompany variances and adjustments prepared by GFSS/WNS,
review month end FX revaluation entries
Assist with preparation of quarterly VAT returns, liaise with tax team for preparation of UK corporation
tax returns, liaise with tax team for preparation of quarterly and annual group tax packs and oversee
withholding tax (WHT) form preparation by GFSS
Finance business partner for Facilities and building overheads, including forecasting and budgeting for
this area
