In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsible for Accounts Payable i.e., expense posting, travel expense reimbursement, domestic transfers, or overseas remittances. Responsible for Accounts Receivable claims and collections. Support month-end close processes, prepare and input journal entries, and review and resolve account activity. Responsible for performing account reconciliations to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards. Assist with preparing monthly financial documents and ensure accuracy. Provide support for annual internal and external audits by working cross-functionally. Support the annual physical inventory count and periodic cycle counts. Update process documentation including accounting policies and procedures. Assess compliance with standard operating procedures and internal controls. Assist in identifying and driving process improvement strategies and other Ad Hoc tasks as assigned. Perform all duties following Company Business Conduct Guidelines. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting Demonstrate solid accounting and financial analysis ability. Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels including senior management. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must. Be committed, self-motivated, results-driven, and interpersonal skills. Interaction and relationship building with a finance team and other departments. Good and effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese and English Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Working experience in the Discrete Automation industry High level of integrity and accountability with results orientation and a strong ability for prioritization Power BI experience is a plus Our Offer To You:
