Job Description

How would you like to join a premier Finance & Accounting organization of a leading global company?

This position is a 6 month internship. Candidates will work full time for a 6 month period from May 2025 to December 2025. Procter & Gamble is one of the largest and most respected companies in the world. From the moment we went into business over 180 years ago, we have been committed to our Purpose, Values and Principles, the foundation of our past and future success. We take pride in “doing the right thing” for consumers, customers, shareholders, employees and our communities. P&G develops some of the strongest business leaders globally to grow our market leading brands and to better serve our consumers in approximately 70 countries worldwide.

Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, we lead Company efforts in Tax, Treasury, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting and Internal Controls. Within the Organization Units, you will work as the finance leader on a multi-functional team responsible for a brand or category. Within these teams, you will find tight-knit collaboration and an environment where your points of view are valued and encouraged to be shared. The focus is to win as a team with strong individual contributions.

We offer you a career that is filled with meaningful, exciting and diverse roles intended to sharpen your functional skills while building out your broader business and leadership skills. We focus on your development. Early in your career, we offer a rotational model where employees change roles every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will likely work in all areas of the business including: Brand/Region/Global Organization Units, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Corporate Shared Services Finance and Research & Development Finance. As you progress, you may have the opportunity to work globally – via business travel or to complete a 3 to 4-year role in Europe, Asia, Middle East / Africa or Latin America. If you prefer, you may also choose to “specialize” in a certain area like Tax, Treasury, Accounting or Internal Controls. This enables you to become a “subject matter” authority for the Company. We want to help build the career path that is right for you.

At P&G we are invested in your success. Nearly all P&G Senior Leaders started at entry level. Our “promote from within” approach requires us to do more. Along with exciting and diverse roles, you will receive strong support from your manager, mentors and peers. You will receive training to help build your skills beyond what you will learn in your current role and to help advance your development as a leader in the company.

P&G wants you to join us for a career and not just a job. We focus on our employee’s well-being and know work-life balance is a critical part of you performing at your peak over the long haul. P&G offers a compensation package which is crafted to be competitive with the top companies across the US. As a P&G intern you are considered a “temporary employee,” and your internship will have an official starting an ending date. Our internship program is our primary opportunity to hire top talent for eventual full-time employment. During your internship, placement will be in one of our many organization units, and you are given projects to complete. These projects are crafted around current issues facing the business, and your recommendations are considered by the organization unit for execution.
