Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and collect vendor contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) from various sources, including online databases, websites, and internal records.
Contact vendors via phone and email to verify and update their contact details.
Update vendor profiles in the vendor master database with accurate and current information.
Identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in existing vendor data.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure data quality and completeness.
Assist in data cleansing and data enrichment projects.
Maintain organized records of research and communication activities.
Adhere to data entry standards and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of database concepts is a plus.
Prior experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
