Should be apt in preparation of DPR / IM.  Responsible for complete project financing of green field projects. Ensure Pre-Disbursement Compliances for timely disbursement of loan facility. Modification sanction terms of the Projects. Prepare and review of Monthly Debt MIS, internal reports, presentations, certificates, presentation for consortium meetings, minutes of meeting, NFA etc. Ensure timely compliance of the restricted payment conditions and financial covenants. Assist in providing project related information for representation to lenders and other stakeholders. Proactively take up with Lenders for finance cost reduction. Resolve operational and financial related queries of the Lenders. Assisting in annual Budget preparation and monitoring budget vs actual through monthly MIS.  Cash & Fund flow management to ensure efficient utilization of funds.  Arranging guarantees and other credit facilities for bids and projects. Educational Qualification: Graduate + CA

Experiences: Min. 15+ years of work experience in infra structure business - 

Financial modeling and preparation of IM/DPR. Proficient with Banking guidelines, loan documentation, security compliances. Negotiation of term sheet with the Lenders and Financial Institutions. Cash flow preparation and forecasting. Generation of Financial MIS. Assisting for annual Budget preparation.
