Accounts Receivable with automation focus

 

As a member of our Core Business Service (CBS) team in our office in Málaga, Spain; you will join a group of professionals from different areas collaborating to support our infrastructure and over 700+ professionals. 

 

Department: Finance Team: Accounts Receivable

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  Support the whole billing process: check billable hours, follow agreed procedure and criteria and calculate billable amounts; prepare invoices and raise in SAP. Register provisions, accruals and reclassifications Monitor and support payment collection: regularly review accounts to identify overdue payments. Address payment issues, reconcile account discrepancies and handle disputes. Collaborate with the central team in billing reconciliation. Compile and analyze data related to accounts receivable. Provide regular and timely reports to central team Identify opportunities for automation in reporting and accounting processes: implement and manage automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks Provide support in closing activities. Collaborate in Audit or Tax inspections

 

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in accounting departments Higher level training cycle in Administration and Finance / Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Advanced skills in Excel, MS Power Query, MS Power Pivot and MS Power BI Experience in accounting and ERP software such as SAP Upper Intermediate English Skills (B2 – C1) Knowledge of Local GAAP, taxes and regulations
