The Ontic Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining the Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, meets the organization's needs, and supports the security, investigative, and other stakeholder teams in their daily operations.The role will also assist in monitoring open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify and analyze physical security threats to our professionals and our organization.
We are seeking candidates with intelligence experience, especially in protective intelligence. Applicants must know OSINT investigative techniques, corporate physical security protocols, risk management, threat assessment, and the intelligence cycle. The role requires handling confidential information, working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a sense of urgency. Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills and be proficient with web-based tools and social media platforms.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software platformEnsure system availability, performance, and securityConfigure and customize the Ontic Systems software to meet organizational requirementsDevelop and implement dashboards, workflows, forms, templates and reports within the systemManage user roles, permissions, and access controlsProvide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queriesConduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing usersCreate and maintain user documentation and training materialsSupport the security and investigative teams in managing incidents, investigations, and casesEnsure accurate and timely entry of data into the system.Monitor and track the progress of incidents and cases, ensuring they are resolved efficientlyCreate monthly metrics reporting to leadership and respond to ad hoc requests for information or reportsCollaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Ontic Systems with other enterprise systems; ensure seamless data flow between Ontic Systems and other applicationsStay updated with the latest features and updates from Ontic SystemsIdentify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvementsImplement best practices for system usage and data managementImplement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized accessCreate, monitor, and assess threat intelligence feeds and reportsAssist in monitoring open-source intelligence, social media, and the dark web to identify and analyze physical security threats. Also, assist Threat Intelligence analysts with the following, as time permits:Collect and analyze data to identify potential security threats and use analytical tools and techniques to detect patterns and anomalies.Develop and deliver threat intelligence reports and briefingsResearch, assess, and acquire publicly available information in response to intelligence gapsConduct persons of interest (POI) investigations to evaluate the credibility and severity of identified threats to executives and at-risk personnelConduct the overall assessment of potential physical security threats and risks to personnel, assets, and operations.Work as part of a team to prepare and disseminate intelligence briefings and reports for senior management and relevant stakeholdersPerform other job-related duties as assignedThe successful candidate will possess:

Required:
US Citizenship required5+ years of related system administration experience5+ years conducting threat intelligence analysis is also desirableBachelor's degree required; Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or intelligence-related field preferredMust be available for on-call response 24/7 to respond to crises and/or emergenciesThis role requires the candidate to work onsite and will ultimately work within the global Security Operations CenterPrior experience and understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and system integrationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,900 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
