is looking for a finance administrative assistant.
Responsabilities:

Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.
To ensure all payments are correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice or delivery slip and Accounts Payable stamp.
Process invoices and manual cheques through the computer system.
Complete wire authorization forms for wire transfer and make sure it's correct.
Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls.
Run the required reports at month end to close.
Ensure all goods received and services provided, but not yet invoiced, are properly accrued and expensed and that the extraordinary liabilities for other accruals are accurate and agree to all supporting documentation.
Ensure that accurate room revenue, F&B outlet revenue, Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue and F&B Miscellaneous Revenue is fully captured, recorded and posted.
Balance income against the respective ledger balances in the PMS system (guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledger) and any discrepancy are corrected as identified and brought to the attention of Assistant Director of Finance.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations (services charges and tips, babysitting, due backs).
Ensure post-departure allowances with all applicable backup is approved and signed per local policy and included in the SR-5.
Review the General Ledger accounts established to Record Room, Food & Beverage, Amusement and General Sales and Value Added Taxes.
Review daily void reports from the hotel's F&B POS system to ensure proper inventory control in the F&B department.
Daily accounting of deposits from outlets, front desk, Spa and Concierge employees.
Carry out currency exchange with foreign exchange houses.
Currency exchange to local currency, exchange in fractional currency.
Handling of extra food vouchers.
Payroll request to the bank.
Arqueos to the banks of departmental cashiers.
Delivery of banks to new cashiers, control and relation of the same.
Delivery of auxiliary funds for weekends or holidays.
Cashier discrepancies report.
Also, he/she must perform any other project assigned to him/her.
Requirements
English 50%
Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
Demonstrate the ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with peers and superiors.
Working knowledge is generally learned on the job or through of professional certifications.
Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
