Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate individual to ensure smooth coordination between the different departments / sections within the Finance Division and facilitate the activities of the different shifts and sections; to ensure efficient flow in all transactions geared towards individual guest satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Monitors Finance-related stores activity and prepare Purchase Requests
Responsible for data collection and analysis of data leading up to the preparation of the P&L and Capex budgets
Communicate effectively and check daily with heads of other departments to ascertain if any challenges require the Division’s assistance
Attend daily morning team briefings and ensure that any work distributed
Monitor departmental expenditures through logging of all purchases and matching all invoices received with relevant purchase orders and delivery/work sheets
General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Analytical, with good business acumen Influential, a good persuader
