The Role
As a Finance Administrator based in Wellington, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our team. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing monthly budget summaries and analysing actual vs. forecasted expenditureMaintaining financial trackers and monitoring costs, invoices, and purchase ordersManaging month-end accruals and ensuring accurate financial reportingSupporting asset capitalisation and liaising with the Fixed Assets teamCoordinating competitive bid submissions and annual contract renewalsTracking expenditure, generating invoices, and maintaining billing documentationAbout You
Essential:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitaskHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of workStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityOutstanding customer service skills and a professional mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative team player with initiative, flexibility, and sound judgmentDesirable:
