Role summary 

 

The newly created role of Finance Administrator working on a prestigeous client account will form an integral part of the client’s finance team, whilst also being part of the wider JLL Client finance team benefitting from training and job development from both companies. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for the daily processing of invoices on behalf of the client, liaising with suppliers, tracking approval and payment through the client’s system and following up on any queries. Ad hoc duties for the wider JLL client finance team will also form a key part of this role. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Manage a mailbox for the receipt of supplier invoices 

Input Invoices into the client’s system, following their coding structure 

Ensure that queries are dealt promptly and efficiently and that any unresolved issues are escalated. 

Ensure that approvals are timely and follow up with relevant individuals where appropriate to resolve any quesitons and ensure Suppliers are paid within specified payment terms 

Work with suppliers to obtain missing invoicing, and to correct any errors or manage queries. 

Prepare reports: UMLV (Unmatched, Logged Vouchers); Invoice payment status reports 

Prepare and review a monthly report on Suppliers paid by invoice with due date for payment. 

Support the Client’s finance team 

Support the JLL dedicated Client finance team with monthly finance administrator tasks. 

Support Financial reporting  

 

Requirements 

 

1-year experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients is preferable).  

Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required. 

Motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work.  

Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.  

Self – supporting; diligent.  

Strong written and verbal English language skills. 

Process-driven approach to work. 

Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop.  

Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.  

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.  

Intermediate / Advanced PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel. Including Excel Pivot Tables. 

Familiarity with JDE E1 financial is advantageous.
