The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our team. Using a flexible and adaptable approach, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with account-level finance, including accounts payable review and procurement support. Supporting the Finance Manager and team with the Month End process and claims submissions. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and BGIS business systems. Providing administrative support to the Facilities team, including work order monitoring, management reporting, and supplier coordination.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Strong administrative skills with experience in financial or accounting processes. Proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with accounting systems (ERP experience is desirable but not essential). Knowledge of building services and maintenance (preferred but not required).

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

High School Certificate or equivalent. Formal qualifications in administration or bookkeeping.

Desirable:

Experience in financial management services.
