Key Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting to support business decisions (Monthly Global COO report, Sourcing Dashboards, FTE developments) in cooperation with the other members of COO/CTO Planning, Consolidation and Control team.Forecasting: provide analysis, prepare decision slides for MT COO and ensure that all data is correctly captured in the Finance systems.Maintaining data set with financial data of NL COO domains combined with financial data from global management accounting system (MASS) to run seamlessly monthly reports on the available data dimensions (Actuals, Rolling Forecast, Dynamic Plan, multiyear overviews)Delivering input for Monthly Performance Reviews by MT COO to be uploaded in central PowerBISupport on annual budgeting processCharging process: validate outcome cost models and report on charges to ING locations/entitiesCoordinates larger strategic OPS projects for Retail and WB countries (new initiatives, benefit tracking and cost measurements) + Change reporting COO projectsESG reporting from countries (check and validate)Review and understand balance sheet positions (suspense accounts, provisionsClose contact with other COO controllers to understand their domain financialsAdvises/sparring partner for Head of Finance CTO on Finance related mattersOperational excellence: Focus on continuous improvements and look for efficiencies in our processes.Advises on the set-up and management of relevant MA processes, execution and maintenance procedures or measures.

Key Capabilities

Master in Finance preferably with professional designation such as MBA, CPA, CMA or CIMA with university degree or Master in Finance (e.g. Economics or Business Administration) Strong background in financial accounting, as well as Financial Planning and AnalysisExperienced in managing full P&L functions scope, including preparing and delivering management reportsIn-depth knowledge of Oracle and advanced quantitative background and excellent technical skills is data modelling and visualization tools (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBi)Solid problem analysis and judgment skills, capable to make complex analyses, and bringing this back to advice for managementDevelop and maintain networks, building long-term relationships.Excellent communication skills in EnglishInitiative: creates opportunities and openings, the use of deep dives to get an idea of the future context Excellent planning and organizing skillsDedicated, willing to run the extra mile
