The Finance Advisor, ANH – MSC will provide strategic leadership on end-to-end delivery of more complex finance services for the business, including both financial planning and analysis, plant services and serve as primary point of contact for the ANH MSC leadership. In this role, you will partner with essential stakeholders to ensure that financial controls are appropriate and effective for assurance of material accuracy of the financial documents.
Key AccountabilitiesIdentify and drive key financial metrics to ensure operational excellence and develop new metrics to drive strategic priorities and champion efforts to conduct variance analysis, financial assessments, and trend analysis to support long range planning and transformation.Lead regular operating and portfolio reviews to advise the leadership team on where to focus, initiating corrective action needed to close gaps relative to performance.Provide strategic partnership to other leaders and bring perspective on various aspects of operations and supply chain strategy including driving integrated supply chain planning, asset footprint optimization, working capital optimization and cost strategy and analytics.Evaluate the overall operational planning and forecasting cycle of relevant cost drivers, inventory, and production planning.Ensure proper controls and valuation of key financial accounts, such as inventory, through the measurement and monitoring of key performance indicators, collaborating with other finance teams to provide the operational drivers for account changes.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of eight years of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsConfirmed experience in international business management and issues, including global supply chains, multiple currency environments, commodity and financial riskConfirmed experience leading significant organizational and strategic changeProcess management and improvement certification i.e., Six Sigma SAP experience and knowledgeThe expected salary for this position is $135,000 - 177,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.At Cargill we put people first.
