Finance Analyst, CN LCS Advertising Finance

Amazon Advertising team seeks a Finance Analyst to join its finance department to support the CN LCS business. The role will work closely with leadership in both finance and business teams in creation of advertiser insights, process improvement, and driving controllership. As the finance partner to the business, the role will also work on providing insightful analysis and financial guidance to the business. If you enjoy using analytical skills to shape strategy and influence revenue-driving initiatives from concept to full-scale operations, this role will be a perfect match.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the short and long-term revenue forecasts for CN LCS Ads
- Partner closely with the CN LCS Ads GM and leadership team
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Represent Amazon Ads CN LCS to internal stakeholder teams across Ads Finance, Stores Finance, FP&A, Legal, Accounting, and Tax teams
- Optimize and prioritize investments based on a deep understanding of the CN LCS Ads landscape across industry verticals, agency partners, and advertiser growth trajectory

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who is motivated to develop this new role to be a high value finance partner for the business, making decisions in highly ambiguous situations. This person will be able to communicate effectively with business partners on a daily basis, tackle multiple concurrent projects, and efficiently complete deliverables. They will know a good balance between good business partnership and financial controllership. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as an ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.

CN LCS Finance team supports China Cross-border LCS ads sales team in China. These are nascent, high growth and high visibility areas with stakeholders in China and WW leadership team. Our Finance team is designed to be collaborative, although team members have clear ownership of an area(s), success typically involves partnering with others in the broader finance team.
