About the role
Delivery of timely and accurate reported results and robust forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, annual and longer-term basis as appropriate.
Play an active business partnership role in supporting marketing to deliver the financial commitments of the region by providing commercial expertise, insights.
Work in partnership with business team to provide insight, business analysis and commercial decision support and value-added analysis that will help influence decision making and maximise the value of current and future investment decisions.

(1)    Reporting
- Complete all monthly closing and reporting requirements in an accurate, robust, practical and timely manner.
- Analysis of actual performance focussing on key performance drivers.
- Identify opportunities to deliver A&P budget
- Identify and analyse key issues, highlight spending risks. 
- Ensure compliance with financial governance requirements. 
(2)    Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the development and completion of Annual Planning Budgets and monthly rolling forecast.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and tasks completed in a robust manner.
- Ensure consistent and logical assumptions are used in the planning processes.  
(3)    Financial analysis support
- Provide support on NPD and ROI analysis and projects:
- Lead monthly ROI forum to work with marketing team to perform and review pre & post ROI analysis with management team
- Closely work with marketing and revenue management team to support NPD projects from time to time to assist in driving forward brand and portfolio expansion in the Region.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
- Certificate of Accounting Professional is preferred but not a must
- 5+ years of financial and commercial experience within a major FMCG company
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional team members
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective planning and project management skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Ability to act as an agent of change, constantly driving profitability
- Strong commercial acumen
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills
- Experience with reporting systems and tools (OFA / Hyperion preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to multi-task, be highly driven and an achievements-focused performer 
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and drive decision making
