Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
The Finance Analyst is part of the Swiss Finance Hub team, who works with a complex international set‐up of over 30 of our affiliate legal entities managed and controlled in Switzerland. The legal entities span across all divisions and include areas ranging from IP (Intellectual Property) ownership, research & development, supply chain management, contract manufacturing, commercial sales operations, business alliance partnerships and capital allocation. The Finance Analyst will be working to support activities of the Swiss Finance Hub. This role is a part time position which could either be a 60% or 80% Full Term Employment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support on projects related to digital, data and financial analytics
Analyze, identify and communicate opportunity areas within financial and business processes
Support various accounting processes including audits, month-end close, financial analysis, and business operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting procedures
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Enhance current financial dashboards
Test, experiment and utilize Gen-AI, Office365, data systems and other tools to increase efficiency and productivity while improving processes
Plan and implement Hub-level activities to increase digital engagement and interaction
Bring in your own ideas to build the "digital first" mindset in the organization
Qualifications and Experience:
Willingness to take on responsibility and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of IT systems, project and change management
Experience or education in finance or accounting.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power Platform (willing to learn), and Power Point
Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate change
Fluent in English
High level of self-organization and initiative
Has a professional attitude and works well in a team
Curious and analytical mindset

Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Tribschenstrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens).
