A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. What does a Finance Analyst do at Hogarth?
The Finance Analyst at Hogarth will be responsible for the Brazil's processes and activities of FP&A
Supporting and executing activities related to reporting, Budget, forecast variance analysis, monthly closing, SOX, procedures, analysis of Revenue, Opex, Capex, FP&A activities in general.
Requirements
Technical Skills
English: Advanced. Microsoft Excel: Advanced. PowerBI: Advanced. Degree course complete. Experience in FP&A. Knowledge of financial reports to the board - revenue/P&L/billings/payments/CAPEX/SOX/Budget.
Supporting FP&A activities :
Annual budget and Forecasts in a quarterly basis, following the group deadlines. Analysing and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines vs prior estimate, plans and previous year. Preparation of various Reports ( SOX Packages – P&L / BS / Revenue analysis ( Accrued and Deferred, others. Provide information to the Group Finance Manager by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis. Develop financial analysis reports. Also, strong reporting knowledge and analysis ability (Profitability / Costs / expenses)
