**Position Overview** Tiffany & Company is expanding our footprint into Mexico. We are actively looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to support our growing Tiffany & Co. Mexico team. The Finance Analyst will be based in our Mexico City office. **Key Accountabilities** + Numerical and analytical skills + Maintain documentation for accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury, as well as conduct internal audits + Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations + Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations + Work with the Finance Manager and other divisions to develop the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts and strategic business plans. + Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy of P&L. + Assist the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks, as needed + Ability to work under pressure + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously **Required Qualifications:** + Bi-lingual English and Spanish + 3+ years of experience in Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury) + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **Job Identification** : 61361 **Job Category:** : Finance **Assignment Category** : Regular Full-time **Remote Positions** : Flexible **Professional Experience** : Minimum 3 Years Equal Opportunity Employer
