1. to assist the Finance Manager handling land acquisitions particularly in Luzon and Visayas areas: (i) review of various documents (i.e., land titles/TDs, Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Undertakings/Affidavits/SPAs, etc.), (ii) preparation of Payment Request Memos, monitoring of land acquisitions (from Ernest Money payment to release of Down Payment up to Final Payment and the eventual transfer of land ownership to San Miguel Food companies

2. to handle various finance work on the creation of new companies for Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) loan facility
