What will you do?• Control and monitoring of projects in execution:• Main activities:• Order registration• Billing• Portfolio tracking• Request for Guarantees and Monitoring until cancellation.• Sales Recognition.• Project Risk Assessment• Coverage Creation• Modification and blocking/unblocking of clients.• Sanity check comments and corrections, adjustments• Inventory Sales orders and PO's• Sanity Check comments integration• OCC Review
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Admin, accounting or similar.• 1 to 3 years of experience in projects within the electrical industry preferred.• Experience working with different internal and external stakeholders.• Advanced english.• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Dashboards, SAP.• Excellent communication skills.• Collaboration with other areas.
