The Finance Analyst position within the US Defence Finance organization plays a vital role in guiding the team through key financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be part of a high performing, passionate, and supportive Finance team. You will provide key insights and analysis to drive financial performance and the delivery of critical business initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and analysisReporting on total Defence accounts to maximize Defence deliverables and prioritiesProviding process improvement opportunities on current processes that have many manual stepsEnsuring current processes are documented and in line with group requirements & policies

Basic Requirements:

Associate’s Degree in in Accounting or Finance with at least 2+ years of relevant experience;Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 0+ years relevant experience;Master’s degree; ORJD/PhDIn order to be considered for this position you must be a U.S. Citizen
 

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree  The ideal candidate should have a familiarity with financial reporting, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
