Support the Finance Manager in the development of business plan, forecast and budget. Consolidate financial data and track performance and financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts/budget. Partner with Business Unit heads and support their adhoc data mining and financial analysis requests. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, process analysis, and recommend actions to Finance Manager based on sound analysis. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance. Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function. Manage risk and exposure by ensuring Credit Policy and best practices compliance. Establish and carry out escalation procedures to ensure collection of delinquent accounts. Evaluate, develop, and implement management systems to improve collection efficiency and achieve collection targets. Set objective for Accounts Receivable Team that is aligned with finance department's goals. Assist the Treasury supervisor in closing returned and/or bounced checks
