Deliverables of the finance analyst include analysis of accounts and Financial Statement (FS) preparation, regular monthly closing activities (Sales report, Revenue recognition, P&L closing, Balance Sheet closing), Year-end financial audit, statutory reporting with SEC and BIR and other tasks like Project Close-out, and analysis of accounts for savings initiative.
1. Analysis of accounts and monthly closing activities Monthly settlement of Project Cost to Reserve
2. Sales Report for subsidiaries, Revenue Recognition, P&L Closing of ALP subsidiaries, Balance sheet closing of ALP projects
3. Statutory Financial reporting (SEC and BIR) including Income Tax Return preparation
4. Analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements. Ensures Accounting Standards are adhered to
5. Primarily responsible during interim and year-end financial audit (preparation of schedules, coordination with auditors, and completion of other audit requirements)
6. Identify new/possible process improvements that could benefit the organization
7. Support for project close out activity analysis
8. Support clean-up of accounts initiatives
