Title: Financial Analyst

Grade: 11

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary:

The Financial Planning Analyst will be a key member of the RET EMEA Sales Finance Team. The position supports sub regional VP and Sales Team, while cover cross regional activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Manage weekly orders and revenue forecasting processManage monthly P&L outlook processManage the annual plan processManage the monthly close process, working closely with controllers and order fulfillment to report accurate results, create the needed GL accruals, and provide detailed analysis and commentary on key variances to OL, plan, and prior yearAssist in the annual SCP quota setting process and provide ongoing support to sales with SCP issuesCompensation and commission controlPrepare and analyze key financial and non-financial metrics such as funnel, Inventory, backlog, sales productivity, linearity etc.Provide planning/finance support to the Sales VPImplement and continuously improve financial processes and practiceAd hoc projects and analysis as required by the EMEA Retail CFO

Basic Qualifications:

5 years experience in a sales planning/finance roleBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplineExperience working with HFM, Oracle Essbase, an advantageMust be an advanced user of ExcelGood accounting knowledge, with the ability to understand, and communicate financial policy/corporate governance to non-financial managersSuccessful candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgencyAbility to work under pressure, and work to strict reporting deadlinesStrong work ethic and excellent attention to detailBe flexible, and be able to work to cyclical work schedules, often during traditional holiday periods
