How You Make a Difference
As a Customer Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for validating and processingcustomer claims and invoicesrelated to price protections, bonuses, year agreements and price differences. You will work closely with sales and business control to streamline this validation proces. With strong communication skills, you ensure seamless collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming Customer Direct Expenses (CDE) invoices and claims accurately and punctually, adhering to company guidelinesValidate claims, book them correctly, and prepare them for payment.Calculate annual agreement bonuses and execute payments as stipulated in the agreements.Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships, primarily via email and calls.Manage incoming price differences and create credit notes if needed.Manage and control budgets to prevent overspending, following company rules and regulations.Review and process approved budget requests.Create and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports, such as turnover reports, price adjustment reports, and year agreement analyses.Skills and Qualifications

We also request:
You have at least 6 months of relevant experience, which could include an internship or similar practical experienceA completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in an economic field.Strong analytical skills and experience with financial processes.Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.Affinity with data analysis and process automation.Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.
