Position Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Service Contracts including monthly and annual billing, accounts receivable support, and other contract setup and administration. Manage and maintain SaaS Contracts including monthly and annual billing, accounts receivable support, and other contract setup and administration. Prepare standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and forecasts. Analyze financial performance of Service and SaaS contracts and partner with business owners to drive improvement. Data mining and analysis for Service and SaaS contracts to provide operational and financial insights. Other Financial support and reporting including Contracts P&L, OPEX reporting, month-end close, and annual budget support. Create or improve operational efficiencies by process improvement and automation of source data flow through financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Business partner for North America Service organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum BS or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline SaaS specific Finance experience preferred Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Oracle or another modern ERP
