About the Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing financial data and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Collaborating across departments, you will help shape budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, contributing directly to the company’s success in an ever-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and trend evaluation, to support the business's financial performance. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans. Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and property sector developments to identify risks and opportunities. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities and resource allocation. Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Preferred Skills:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification. Experience as a Finance Analyst within the real estate or a similar environment. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau). Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
