Finance Analyst

Overview We are thrilled to be recruiting 2x Finance Analysts to join our team in London! These are new positions as the team continues to grow. You will assist the Finance Director and Business Leaders in managing finances to achieve the defined critical metrics. How you'll make an impact Strategy and Growth Support Leaders and the Executive team in the development and implementation of financial plans as set by Gallagher Re Senior Management. Ensure the business has the appropriate operations support in managing sales, pipelines, revenue analysis and client relationship management. Certify the completeness and integrity of system revenue data to drive accuracy, reliability and high quality revenue analysis. Help provide reliable revenue which forms the foundation to enable Senior Management to make quick, accurate and well supported decision making. Financial Oversight Responsible for monitoring the business revenue, ensuring it is are appropriately budgeted and forecasted. Review monthly revenue financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances. Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes. Act as a key link between Gallagher Re Finance and the business unit. Ensure that Sales data is appropriately collated and shared with Business Leader and Gallagher Re Sales Team. Provision of other ad hoc financial reports as requested. Operations, Service and IT Preparation and distribution of monthly and weekly reports to Senior Leadership, including data to support revenue and sales pipeline analysis. Create and develop standard revenue analytics for regular distribution to the business. Engage and collaborate with others across segments, lines of business and regions. Ad-hoc tasks as requested in support of our operation. About You Data analytic skills and mathematical competence are essential. Industry experience is desirable. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to communicate / articulate points across all level of stakeholders. Able to exert positive influence and hold people accountable. Able to develop and apply strategic judgement in line with company objectives. Disciplined, attention to detail and organised approach to work.
