This role is critical in managing the Research & Development (R&D) costs for our research lab, ensuring financial accuracy, and optimizing procurement processes.


 

What you will learn and contribute to

We are seeking a talented, experienced and highly motivated  employee to join our S&T FPRA organization.  As a financial analyst you will be responsible for overseeing of the day to day financial operation of the supported S&T units.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems is a plus.

Manage and track R&D costs for the research lab, ensuring accurate financial control. Lead financial closing activities and prepare financial reports. Manage forecasting and budgeting  Oversee procurement management for the lab, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with different cross-functional teams  Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within financial and procurement workflows.
