Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $59600 - $79150 / year including bonus. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Provide analytically and systems support to the Finance team. Responsible for building tools and reports to support financial planning and analysis.

Primary Responsibilities Compile data from a variety of sources to analyze issues and providing reports on key business KPIsDeliver accurate and timely commercial finance reports and other business intelligence essential to the commercial organizationLead analytical efforts and development of tools, decision documents, and strategic frameworksConduct research to uncover key issues, benchmarks, and best practices and synthesize findings into recommendations for optimal business solutionsSupport development of the annual sales plan (volume/revenue/gross profit) for inclusion in the overall Regional & Corporate Financial PlanAssist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysisSupport the analysis of pricing and promotional activities to drive effective use of trade spendProvide analytical support to corporate and regional teams as required for supplier reviews, quarterly business reviews, and on-going business performance managementManage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results to a high standardPerform other job-related duties as assignedAdditional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s Degree plus three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo years of financial analysis experience in a corporate environment; preferably a consumer goods industryKnowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situationsPhysical Demands Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machinePhysical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stoopingMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbsEEO Statement
