As (Finance) Senior Consultant, working directly with the onshore financial Team, you will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the operation management team and finance colleagues to deliver accurate, timely and highly valued accounting and financial support.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Act as primary contact for external client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
• Profound experience on Portfolio and project Management
• Working experience in Project Financial Management support such as Reporting and Analysis, Monthly Closing, Accrual Management, Budget Management, Resource Plan, Cost Plan Analysis, Reconciliation
• Provide PMO support such as Status Reporting, Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, etc.
• Attend external client meetings and discuss status
• With hands-on experience using Coupa and SNOW PPM
• Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the client
• Spearhead/Initiate improvements and share best practices
• Coach and mentor junior members of the team
• Willingness to work on flexible shift as required by client
Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead/ Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with minimum 3 years work experience
• Adept with the different finance and procurement tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English
• Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
• Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and
deliver effective resolutions to customers
• Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
• A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
• Experience, proficiency and comfort in communicating and working effectively
• A sense of autonomy, initiative and responsibility
• A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
• Quality oriented strategy
• Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
• Amenable to work on mid-shift and BU RTO requirement.
