Finance Analyst Job Description We are seeking a **Financial Analyst** with **4-6 years of experience** in **financial reporting and modeling** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **data analysis, financial forecasting, and business intelligence tools** , with the ability to provide key insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a **tech-savvy** professional who is highly proficient in **Excel, Power BI, and database management** and is comfortable working with **complex financial models** in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics. + Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making. + Utilize Power BI and other data analytics and visualization tools to provide insightful reports. + Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting. + Support budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Leverage ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos or similar ERP to extract and analyze financial data. + Communicate key financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications + 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications. + Experience working with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. + Hands-on experience with **ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion** , or similar) is an advantage. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and financial models. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. + **Excellent English** verbal, written, and reasoning skills. + A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. + Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
