담당업무 :
Support PSC lead on all financial matters
Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports, of actual against budget with appropriate detailed variance analysis
Support transitions from a finance perspective
Identifying corrective actions to ensure budget compliance
Analysis of FM contract performance or broker performance
Liaising with the senior Business Analysts to deliver on above
Providing ad hoc analysis as when requested
Perform and maintain upload processes across multiple systems
Ability to handle large volumes of data
Support the Head of Client Finance by driving the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Provide client finance support throughout the various client finance teams nationally.
Involvement in ad hoc projects and transitions
Performance of a functional role on an account which is corporate/client-facing
Delivery of a shared service support role with regular customer interactions, eg call centre staff etc;
Delivery of a support function with limited or no proactive engagement with client – focused on effective support of account staff, eg account payable;
Provision of high-quality customer service and support for delivery team in my focussed area.
Prepares for client interactions by tailoring discussions appropriately.
Ability to build rapport quickly and proactively with clients (at the respective level), and make sure to understand their needs and goals
Communicates with stakeholders to keep them well informed of work progress or issues
Recognises and promptly flags cross-selling opportunities with leadership
Foundational understanding of how the role fits into the overall account
자격요건 :
Tertiary qualification
Superior Excel and analysis skills with proven experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
Knowledge of JD/Workday preferred
2+ Years’ experience
Strong IT skills
High proficiency in MS Excel
