Finance Analyst Cruise

The key responsibility of this role is the ownership of the financial integrity of the Shore excursions (£12m p.a.) and Transfers from an end-to-end perspective. This role plays an integral part in the management of Cruise Shorex & Transfers through regular reforecast cycles, challenging the business to improve performance whilst also highlighting any risk or opportunity to financial forecasts in a timely manner

ABOUT THE JOB

Produce and present monthly Shorex review pack to Commercial ManagersPrepare ships' Shorex targets in collaboration with commercial managersContribute to 3-year strategic planning and annual budget preparationEnsure integrity of Shorex revenue and cost data, driving reporting improvementsManage Shorex & Transfers Month End processes, including P&L management and cashflow forecastingReconcile Balance Sheets and quantify risks and opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects as neededThis concise list captures the key responsibilities of the job without repetitive language


ABOUT YOU

Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience in finance or accountingStrong analytical and numerical reasoning skillsExcellent communicator, able to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced Excel proficiency, including complex functionsAdept at working with various systems and processesCapable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines independentlyProven problem-solving abilities and comfort with complexityProactive relationship builder with a positive attitude
