Finance Analyst (For Experienced Professionals)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance/Accounting Specialist (or SME) for Project Office Support
• Prepare other financial or administrative reports as may be required by onshore Project Managers and Directors
• Contribute to a high level of client satisfaction and 100% compliance to SLAs
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc concerns
• Function as back up for project tasks and reports as needed
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Monitor and manage access points for team members
• Coach and mentor junior members of the team
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and Manager

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting field (e.g., General Accounting, Corporate Finance/Accounting Support, Invoice Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Statement Creation, Process Audit, Data Report and Creation, Bank and Account Reconciliation, Project Administration, etc)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related business field
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in different Project Management Office activities such as Financial Analysis, Data Analysis, Delivery Assurance and other Administrative tasks
• Keen into details when it comes to the quality of work (data, reports and deadlines)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, flexible, and can work well under pressure
• Able to challenge existing procedures with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Able to follow up open questions and deadlines, listen actively, recognize errors, and able to identify missing documents/information independently
• Subject matter expertise with the outmost ability to resolve process-related issues
• Experience in coaching and/or leading members of the team is an advantage, but not required
• Amenable to work on a midshift schedule and hybrid working arrangement (Mckinley, Taguig)
