We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst I2P (Inventory to Pay) to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory-to-pay process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

Analyze and reconcile inventory data to ensure accuracy and completenessManage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor paymentsDevelop and maintain financial models and reports related to inventory and payablesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closure of financial periodsPrepare and present financial analysis to support management decision-makingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and payablesAssist in month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on inventory management and accounts payableAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and data visualizationExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExcellent mathematical and statistical skillsKnowledge of inventory management principles and accounts payable processesStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholdersProfessional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferredFluency in English; knowledge of local Indian languages is a plus
