Job Description:
This is a temporary, part-time role designed for college students seeking hands-on experience in finance operations. The intern will support the rollout of a new Corporate Card System and provider, contribute to improvement initiatives in the accounts payable area, and assist with other ad-hoc projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the implementation and rollout of the new Corporate Card System and provider, including testing and employee support.Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the accounts payable function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide support for ad-hoc finance projects as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.Reliable, dependable, and proactive in completing responsibilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
