Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions.
Job Responsibilities:• Prepare and communicate monthly forecast; review and document deltas to plan, prior year, prior forecast and financial commit
• Perform ad-hoc billings/bookings and margin analysis to identify trends, gaps and problems
• Proactively communicate potential risks and opportunities, through variance, bridges and decision support analysis
• Conduct financial analysis by leveraging and developing financial models to provide insightful financial information that supports our internal customers to make business decisions
• Support preparation of strategic plans, budget, product deep dive, quarterly forecasts, QGR, MBR and other ad-hoc projects, requests and presentations
• Assist Commercial management team to drive business efficiencies and monitors financial targets. Pro-actively identifies appropriate KPI’s and ensuring accurate tracking of performance
• Support and validate inputs into the S&OP process
• Coordinate accounts receivables improvement activities and escalations. Drive past due reduction with sales and shared service centers
• Provide DSO forecast, gap analysis and gap closing actions
• Drive enhanced analytics through dashboard creation and rigorous RCCM cadence to improve performance
• Steer reduction of unfavorable early payment discounts in close collaboration with sales
• Participate and drive cross functional AR project for Industrial BU
• Play an integral role in integrating newly acquired ERNI business into our process, cadence and way of thinking. Build up knowledge to support further acquisitions
• Involvement in creating and enhancing content for Investor relations deck
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis in multinational environment
• Experience in sales & marketing data analysis
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• Fluent business English
• Highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business implications of financial results
• Proactive, assertive and agile, always looking ahead and anticipating business needs and challenges
• Confidence, interpersonal awareness, and poise to work effectively with sales and finance leaders, internally and externally
• Must be accountable and display a sense of ownership & integrity around reporting
