Finance Analyst- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, and Business Insights. (Familiarity with automation tools for reporting, Finacial Modelling, AI/Data Science)
Meet the Team We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have6 to demonstrated ability in data analysis, reporting, and business insights, with strong analytical capabilities and a basic understanding of financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely performance reports for our Collaboration and Security Business Entities (BEs). The position will also involve collaboration with financial controllers and technology managers to support data-driven decision-making. Your Impact * Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and interpret financial and performance data to produce comprehensive reports that support the Collaboration and Security Business Entities. * Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in analyzing data to derive meaningful insights and trends that support strategic decision-making. * Support Process Improvements: Assist in the review and optimization of reporting processes, contributing to efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, including finance and technology teams, to provide insights that support decision-making. * Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights. * Adherence to Compliance: Ensure reporting aligns with financial standards, compliance requirements, and internal controls. * Data Visualization: Use tools like Microsoft Excel and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards and visualizations that make data easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders. * Support Audits: Assist with financial audits by preparing the necessary documentation and offering clarification on performance reports. Minimum Qualifications * A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. * Experience: 4-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and business insights. * Preferred Skills: Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in financial data modelling, or statistical modelling will be preferred. While these skills are not mandatory, they are highly desirable * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), and basic financial analysis skills. * Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate data insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
